AFTER (right): 148.4I’ve lost almost 20 pounds total since Feb. 7th. I had noticed my clothes were fitting looser, but I hadn’t seen that much of a difference in my body until now. I still don’t think it’s that big of a change, but I’m still proud. I’m not complacent, though! 25 more pounds to reach my UGW. (:
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1or 2 cups baby spinach (washed and dried)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 to 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- a few ice cubes
- 1 tsp Splenda or Stevia sweetener
Directions:
- Throw it all into the blender and whir it up! Add more ice or water until the consistency is what you like. (I like mine with a lot of ice, but that’s just me)
- Drink up that yummy goodness!
